{¶ 1} Appellant, Josefina Taylor, appeals the decision of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas that granted summary judgment in favor of appellee, Best Buy Stores, L.P. ("Best Buy").1 For the reasons stated herein, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
