{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a Scioto County Common Pleas Court judgment that denied a motion to stay proceedings pending the arbitration of several claims. Timothy M. Wheeler, M.D., John B. Tudor, Kenneth D. Boggs and Portsmouth Ambulance, Inc. (PAI), defendants below and appellants herein, assign the following error for review:
