{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, MJB Realty of Cincinnati (MJB), appeals the decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Butler County Board of Commissioners. We affirm the decision of the trial court.1
