{¶ 1} Plaintiff, Matthew DeWood, filed this action against defendant, Department of Transportation (ODOT), alleging that he suffered rim damage to his automobile as a proximate cause of negligence on the part of ODOT in maintaining a hazardous condition on Interstate 76 in Medina County.
