{¶ 1} 1) On or about March 26, 2007, plaintiff, Jim T. Glover, an inmate incarcerated at defendant, Southern Ohio Correctional Facility (SOCF), was transferred from SOCF to the Lorain County Jail for a court appearance in the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas.
