{¶ 1} C-5 Construction, Inc., appeals from a judgment of the Dayton Municipal Court, which granted judgment to Ohio Bell Telephone Company on its claims against C-5 Construction after the trial court deemed Ohio Bell's request for admissions and interrogatories to be admitted by C-5 Construction. For the following reasons, the trial court's judgment will be reversed, and the matter will be remanded...
