DECISION

BROWN, J.

{¶1} General Smith, III, defendant-appellant, appeals from two judgments of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. In one judgment, the court found him guilty, pursuant to a plea of guilty, of attempted felonious assault, in violation of R.C. 2923.02 as it relates to R.C. 2903.11, which is a felony of the third degree. In the other judgment, the trial court revoked appellant's community control.
