{¶ 1} This is a state appeal of a January 15, 2010 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas suppressing evidence gained from search of an automobile owned by appellee, Connie Ballez. Pursuant to Crim.R. 12(K), the state has certified that the appeal is not taken for purposes of delay and that the trial court's ruling has rendered the state's proof so weak in its entirety...
