{¶1} On October 27, 2009, the Stark County Grand Jury indicted appellant, Tamarcus Harris, on one count of aggravated robbery in violation of R.C. 2911.01(A)(1) and one count of having weapons while under disability in violation of R.C. 2923.13(A)(3).
