{¶1} Appellant, Timothy Wagner, appeals a judgment of the Muskingum County Juvenile Court finding his children C.W. and I.O to be neglected and dependent and awarding temporary custody of the children to Beth Postel, with protective supervision to Muskingum County Children's Services (MCCS).
