{¶ 1} On October 17, 2009, at approximately 9:50 a.m., plaintiff, Kasi Jordan, was traveling north on Interstate 75 "near mile marker 35-38" in Warren County, when a passing truck drove over "a silver object" on the roadway causing the object to be propelled into the path of the vehicle plaintiff was driving, a 2003 Mercedes-Benz E500.
