{¶ 1} This is an appeal from an Athens County Common Pleas Court judgment that revoked community control and imposed a fifteen month prison sentence. Christopher J. Moschell, defendant below and appellant herein, previously pled guilty to assault on a peace officer in violation of R.C. 2903.13(A). Appellant assigns the following error for review:
