{¶1} John Nichols brought a rifle to a family argument, and when he was relieved of the firearm in a subsequent scuffle, he switched to a knife. The ensuing melee ended with injuries to Nichols' brother (victim) and a criminal charge for Nichols. We affirm Nichols' felonious assault conviction because it was not against the manifest weight of the evidence and there was sufficient evidence that Nichols knowingly caused...
