OPINION

FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} After the trial court overruled his motion to suppress evidence, William Victoria pled no contest in the Clark County Court of Common Pleas to one count of possession of crack cocaine in an amount equal to or greater than one gram but less than five grams. The court found him guilty, sentenced him to eighteen months in prison, and suspended his driver's license for one year.
