OPINION

FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Ryan K. Thompson was convicted after a jury trial in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas of one count of possession of crack cocaine, a second degree felony. The trial court sentenced him to a mandatory term of four years in prison, ordered him to pay a mandatory fine of $10,000, and suspended his driver's license for four years.
