{¶ 1} Rodney Bell and Shirley Diane Bell (the "Bells") appeal the judgment of the trial court granting rescission of a contract for the sale of real estate to William and Stella Turner (the "Turners").1 Harriet Fout also appeals the judgment of the trial court, which ordered her to disgorge her commission for the real estate sale.
