{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Cheryl Thompson, appeals from a judgment dismissing her complaint. She raises eight assignments of error for our review. In seven of these assigned errors, she contends that the trial court erred when it dismissed her complaint for various asserted reasons.
