On October 29, 2009, this court suspended respondent, Michael Paul Allerding, for a period of two years, with the entire two years stayed on conditions, and ordered him to pay board costs in the amount of $4,148.12, on or before January 27, 2010. On August 4, 2010, this court issued an order to show cause why he should not be held in contempt for failing to comply with the court's order. Respondent did not file a response to the show cause order...
