{¶1} Defendants-appellants, Residential Finance Corporation and its former employee, Jacob Shumaker (collectively, Residential Finance), appeal from the Madison County Court of Common Pleas decision denying their motion to stay proceedings pending arbitration in a suit brought by plaintiffs-appellees, Jack and Cheryl Dixon. For the reasons outlined below, we affirm.
