DECISION AND JUDGMENT

OSOWIK, P.J.

{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. Following a jury trial, appellant was found guilty of felonious assault, in violation of R.C. 2903.11(A)(2), a felony of the second degree. Appellant was sentenced to a three year term of incarceration. For the following reasons, this court affirms the judgment of the trial court.
