{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Marcus Miller appeals from a judgment overruling Miller's motion for contempt, motion for damages, and motion to void a contract between OMAC Hauling and the Wayne Township Trustees. Miller contends that the trial court abused its discretion by failing to find plaintiff-appellee Wayne Township Zoning Inspector in contempt of court.
