{¶1} Defendant-appellant James L. Chatfield appeals the May 11, 2010 Judgment Entry entered by the Perry County Court of Common Pleas, which found his motion for request for justiciable finding for public records to not be proper at the time filed. Plaintiff-appellee is the State of Ohio.1
