{¶ 1} On January 12, 2010, at approximately 6:45 p.m., plaintiff, Laura Collier, was traveling south on Interstate 270 in Franklin County "somewhere near the Main Street exit" when her 2008 BMW 335XI struck a pothole causing rim damage to the vehicle.
