DONOFRIO, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Mark Lett, appeals from a Youngstown Municipal Court judgment convicting him of driving without a valid operator's license, following his no contest plea.

{¶2} Appellant was stopped by police on October 21, 2007, for failing to use his turn signal when making a turn. He was subsequently charged with driving under FRA suspension, a first-degree misdemeanor in violation...
