DONOFRIO, J.

{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Randolph Moore, appeals from a Columbiana County Common Pleas Court judgment dismissing his complaint to dissolve the partnership he owned with defendant-appellee, Rick Haldiman, and granting judgment in favor of appellee on claims of breach of contract, wrongful withdrawal, and replevin.
