{¶1} Defendant-appellant Robert A. Olding ("Olding") brings this appeal from the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Shelby County finding him guilty of one count of illegal conveyance of weapons or prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility in violation of R.C. 2921.36(A)(2), a third degree felony and sentencing him to two years in prison.
