{¶ 1}Samuel Nicholson, the relator, has filed a complaint for a writ of procedendo. Nicholson seeks an order from this court which requires Judge Brendan J. Sheehan, the respondent, to issue findings of fact and conclusions of law with regard to a petition for post-conviction relief that was filed in State v. Nicholson, Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Case No. CR-498671.
