JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

MELODY J. STEWART, P.J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Tiodosa Higuera, appeals the judgment of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion to dismiss. He contends that the evidence did not demonstrate that the police officers had a reasonable suspicion that he was involved in criminal activity sufficient to justify their stopping his vehicle. Upon review, we affirm.
