{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Reggie H. Hohenberger, appeals the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Wood County convicting him of vehicular assault. On appeal, Hohenberger argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss the charge of vehicular assault for failure to provide a speedy trial; that the trial court erred in allowing the state to dismiss the only African-American juror without a race-neutral reason...
