OPINION

HENDRICKSON, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Jeffrey Costello, appeals the decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas awarding plaintiffs-appellees, Christopher and Kimberly Rybolt, damages in a breach of contract action. We affirm the decision of the trial court.1
