{¶ 1} Appellant, Jeffrey T. Rohr, was awarded permanent total disability compensation. After three years, appellee Industrial Commission of Ohio exercised its continuing jurisdiction and ordered Rohr to undergo a medical examination to determine whether he was still permanently and totally disabled.
