{¶ 1} The case is before the Court on the direct appeal of defendant-appellant, Rolando Crowder from his conviction and sentence for two counts of Possession of Cocaine and two counts of Having Weapons Under Disability. Crowder argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress based on its conclusion that Crowder lacked standing to challenge the search.
