BRYANT, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Nirmala Pandey, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas denying her Civ.R. 60(B) motion for relief from judgment. Because the trial court properly denied defendant's Civ.R. 60(B) motion as barred by res judicata, we affirm.
