{¶ 1} Plaintiff, Susan Farber, filed this action against defendant, Department of Transportation (ODOT), contending her 2007 Saturn Ion was damaged as a proximate cause of negligence on the part of ODOT personnel in failing to maintain Montgomery Road (US 22) in Hamilton County free of defects.
