{¶1} On July 24, 2009, the Stark County Grand Jury indicted appellant, Almond Davis, on one count of rape in violation of R.C. 2907.02, one count of domestic violence in violation of R.C. 2919.25, one count of violating a protection order in violation of R.C. 2919.27, and one count of intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case in violation of R.C. 2921.04.
