YOUNG, P.J.

{¶1} Appellant, the mother of Ay. Y., appeals a decision of the Madison County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, granting permanent custody of the child to the Madison County Department of Job and Family Services (MCDJFS).

{¶2} Ay. Y. was born prematurely on September 6, 2008. MCDJFS filed a complaint alleging that the child was dependent because his mother tested positive for amphetamines...
