DECISION AND JUDGMENT

COSME, J.

{¶ 1} This appeal arises out of the trial court's denial of appellant's motion to continue his jury trial and its decision to provide appellant with a summary of the presentence investigation report. Because we conclude that neither of those decisions constituted error, we affirm the judgment of the Williams County Court of Common Pleas.
