{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant Saundra Wilhelm appeals the December 4, 2009 Nunc Pro Tunc Journal Entry entered by the Knox County Court of Common Pleas, which ordered her to remove gates across an easement on her property, which easement ran to the benefit of defendants-appellees Larry Shope, et al.
