{¶ 1}Appellant Arthur Williams appeals the trial court's decision ordering him to pay restitution and assigns the following error for our review:

"I. The trial court erred in ordering the appellant to pay restitution without first conducting a hearing pursuant to R.C. 2929.18(A)(1) in violation of United States Constitutional Amendments V and XIV, and the Ohio Constitution...
