{¶ 1} In a 12-count indictment, defendant-appellant Logan John Edmiston was charged with the offenses of burglary, kidnapping, pandering obscenity, and public indecency. After a bench trial, appellant was found guilty of public indecency as charged in Counts 4 and 11, both third degree misdemeanors, and pandering obscenity as charged in Count 5, a fifth degree felony.
