{¶ 1} Appellant Miles Cole appeals the juvenile court's decision to transfer him to the common pleas court and the sentence imposed. He assigns the following errors:

"I. The juvenile division of [the] common pleas court improperly relinquished jurisdiction over the charges against the juvenile appellant where probable cause was not established and therefore the general division...
