{¶1} Appellant Randy Gene Barnhart appeals his convictions in the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas on four counts of rape of a minor under 13 years old and one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material. The victim of all five crimes was his daughter M.B. Appellant is challenging the sufficiency and manifest weight of the evidence, and also argues that the court should not have admitted the testimony...
