{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, The Bergman Group, Inc., appeals a decision of the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas awarding judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, OSI Development, Ltd., in an action to recover a real estate commission. For the reasons outlined below, we affirm the decision of the trial court as modified.
