{¶ 1} Appellant Frank Weatherspoon appeals from an order of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, denying his Civ.R. 60(B) motion to set aside a final decree and judgment of divorce entered by that court on June 9, 2006.
