{¶ 1} Petitioner-appellant Aries Lamont Shazor appeals from the common pleas court's order denying his motion for relief from the judgment that denied his petition for postconviction relief. We find the trial court did not have jurisdiction to rule on the motion for relief from judgment because an appeal was pending from the order denying appellant's petition for postconviction relief.
