{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notices of Appeal of Keith A. Ousley, filed June 16, 2009 and June 22, 2009. Following a jury trial, Ousley was convicted of one count of trafficking in drugs, in violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(1), a felony of the fifth degree, in case number 2008-CR-3779/1.
