{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant William L. Devir (William) appeals from an order of the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, Domestic Division, that modified his spousal support payments to his ex-wife, plaintiff-appellee Lisa K. Devir (Lisa), from $750 per month to $400 per month. The court also ordered Lisa to pay child support of $237 per month per child, and to pay $50 per month towards an arrearage created by the retroactive...
