{¶ 1} Defendant, Terry Clemmons, appeals from his conviction and sentence for felonious assault.
{¶ 2} On July 23, 2008, Laura Hazlett returned home late to the residence at 41 Bond Street in Dayton she shared with Defendant Clemmons, who was her boyfriend, and their roommate, Charles Reeves.
