{¶1} Plaintiffs-appellants Robert L. and E. Clark Swank appeal a summary judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Richland County, Ohio, entered in favor of defendants-appellees Freeman J. Swank, Jr. and Mary Jane Swank, First National Bank of Shelby nka First Citizens Bank, Henry L. Hopkins, Thomas J. Budd, Vorys Sater Seymour & Pease, and John Keller.
