{¶1} Appellant, Emily Sydenstricker, appeals from the September 30, 2009 judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas granting appellee's, Donato's Pizzeria, LLC ("Donato's"), motion to dismiss appellant's complaint based on failure to name all interested parties, as mandated by R.C. 4141.282(D).
